Ros Eastman has been a Chartered Town Planner for over 20 years.

Ros’ narrative approach to understanding what is going on as well as her fondness for detail means she is especially good at solving complicated development management issues and advising in relation to strategy as well as solving complex planning conundrums and managing projects to completion.

After 10 years in private practice in Manchester and Leeds, she joined a District Council planning policy team and got stuck in to helping prepare the Local Plan – including working with Town and Parish Councils and other local groups.

Following a shift to Development Management working on strategic planning applications, she led the team for over five years advising at planning committee and delivering training to officers and members internally and externally.
